This was one of the best events on the calendar in 2021 – a small but perfectly formed 1940s event.   There were battle reenactments and also a fantastic and informative talk on the Battle of Britain.

The 1940s weekend returns on Sunday 28th and Bank Holiday Monday 29th May 2023

Re-enactors covering the period will be on site for the whole of the two days, showcasing various aspects of life in the 1940s and during WWII.

The Farmland Museum volunteers will be showcasing artefacts from the 1940s.
