Welshpool 1940s Weekend - Jayne Darling

I am making a welcome return to Welshpool 1940s weekend this year and will be outside the town hall on Saturday 29th September and Sunday 30th September.

On Saturday at Welshpool I am going by The George Formby Experience and Johnny Victory and on Sunday I will be alongside the fabulous Bluebird Belles.

Dear friends,I'm sorry to announce that Operation Ashbourne on the 4th and 5th of May has been cancelled. The organiser shared that the continuous rain over the past three months has left the ground at Darley Moor unsafe for the event. Due to these conditions and limited ticket sales, they have made the difficult decision to cancel both the event and the dance.I know many of you were looking forward to this special event, as was I.
