I was lucky enough to be involved in a local fundraising event recently where I met the team from Newark Patriotic Fund. The event I was at was also a memorial to a soldier who had lost his life 10 years previously in Afghanistan.
The Newark Patriotic Fund provide help and financial support for injured service personnel’s families and the charity was established back in 2008.  More information can be found this fund here http://newarkpatrioticfund.co.uk

The Fund are hosting a Grand Ball on 7th October and I am honoured that I have been invited to sing alongside swing and jazz singer Matt Shepardson.
